What is Koop app? The Indian alternative to Twitter

Koo is like Indian Twitter, it's an online media application, which was dispatched in March 2020. A year ago in August, this application won Prime Minister's Aatma Nirbhar Bharat App Innovation Challenge
The local site Koo, which is a desi form of microblogging webpage Twitter, has become the new device of discussion as many ministers and union ministers have made their records on the Koo App.
Koo app was co-founded by entrepreneurs Aprameya Radhakrishna and Mayank Bidwatka

Radhakrishna had founded online cab booking service TaxiForSure, which was subsequently sold to Ola Cabs.
Preceding Koo, its parent organization — Bombinate Technologies Pvt Ltd — dispatched and is working the Indian rendition of Quora called Vokal.
As per Crunchbase, the company raised Series A funding in 2018 from a clutch of investors including Blume Ventures, Kalaari Capital and Accel Partners India
